What is Rubber Paving?

Rubber Paving is an innovative product that is primarily comprised of recycled tire crumb which can then be applied over almost any surface to create a smooth non porous, non-slip surface.

What are the benefits of Rubber Paving vs. Concrete or Asphalt?

Rubber pavement is cost effective, low maintenance alternative to asphalt & concrete. Because the surface is flexible, it offers a great solution to the many challenges related to construction and pavement infrastructure such as cracked sidewalks, driveways and root heave.

Rubber Paving can be placed over Cement, Wood, Interlocking Brick, Aluminum, Crushed Gravel, Asphalt, Tile, Steel, Fiberglass & Tile.

Yes. Rubber pavement is environmentally friendly, as this type of surface is made with recycled tires, saving them from landfills. Can I use a snow blower or metal shovel on my rubber pavement?

Because ice does not build up on the surface, the result is that shoveling snow is easy. A1 Rubber Paving recommends using only a plastic shovel.

How long does the product take to install/cure?

A1 Rubber Paving can install a driveway in one day. The larger the area, the more preparation must be done when it comes to being aware of weather conditions. Once the product is installed, it will take 48 hours before you can drive on it.
